DayBasics is a lightweight fabric with a smooth, cotton-like feel that's gentle on your skin. It's light and breathable, so it's easy to lounge in on a warm afternoon or sleep in on a beach vacation. It folds light and flat in your carry-on, resists pilling, keeps its shape and goes straight in the washing machine. It's made from our fine 100% polyester microfabric: everyday softness without the weight or the fuss.

The Cool-jams DayBasics Gathered Tank Nightgown uses a soft gathered front, which lets the fabric fall away from the body instead of sitting against it, so it reads as a loose fitting nightgown rather than a close one. The tank straps are wide enough to stay put and to cover more of the shoulder than a cami strap. It is made from soft, lightweight DayBasics fabric that is gentle against the skin and easy to care for, and it hits mid-thigh. This style carries our widest color range at thirteen colors, in sizes S to 3X.

Is this nightgown loose fitting?

Yes. The gathered front releases fabric across the body so it drapes rather than clings, which is what most people mean by a loose fitting nightgown.

How wide are the straps?

They are wider than a cami strap and sit flat on the shoulder.

What length is it?

It hits mid-thigh. The DayBasics Long Tank Gown is the full-length version in the same fabric.
