What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. Enter your address, choose a method, and you'll see the cost before you pay anything.
The lower 48 states
- Free on orders of $120 or more, after any discounts. 5 to 10 business days.
- $9.95 on orders under $120. 5 to 10 business days.
- Priority, $24.95. 3 to 5 business days, available on any order.
Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and military addresses
$19.99 flat, whatever the size of your order. We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Allow 7 to 21 business days. Hawaii and Alaska usually arrive at the quicker end. The Pacific territories and military addresses take longer, and that last stretch is outside our control. Free shipping and Priority apply to the lower 48 only.
Canada
Economy International is a flat CAD $29.99, and it's free on orders of CAD $250 or more. Allow 7 to 14 business days.
Duties, taxes and import fees are set by Canadian customs, they're the recipient's responsibility, and they aren't included in the item price or the shipping cost.

Email [email protected] before you order and we'll sort out costs and delivery times for your country.
When it leaves us
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm PST usually leave our facility the same business day. After 12pm, it's the next business day. Weekend orders go out on Monday. Delivery times move around with your location and the weather.
Who carries it
We pick the most economical route for your address, so it could be USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. If your order comes by USPS, please check that your address accepts USPS delivery.
Things we can't control
We can't be responsible for delays caused by billing or payment problems, weather, stock availability, or changes made after an order is placed. We also can't cover packages stolen after delivery, so it's worth arranging to be there for it.
