Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Cool-jams and their immediate families are not eligible. Void in Quebec and wherever prohibited by law.

The Pajama Party is a recurring monthly giveaway. The first entry period runs from September 4, 2026, 6:00 AM PT to September 30, 2026, 11:59:59 PM PT. Each later entry period runs from 12:00 AM PT on the first day of the calendar month to 11:59:59 PM PT on its last day. Cool-jams may pause or end the giveaway after any monthly draw; ending it does not affect a draw for an entry period already completed.

During an entry period, do any one of the following: (a) submit the entry form on this page; (b) submit the newsletter signup form in the footer of our website; or (c) click the "count me in" entry link in that month's Cool-jams email. You must be an email subscriber for your entry to count, and submitting any of these forms subscribes you if you are not already. Limit one entry per person and per email address per entry period, no matter how many of these methods you use. Entries do not carry over; to be in a later month's draw, enter again that month. Unsubscribing after you enter does not void your entry for that period, but you will not receive the entry link for later months.

One winner per entry period receives a $300 Cool-jams gift card. Approximate retail value: $300. We may at our discretion include extra goodies with the prize; extras are modest, not guaranteed, and have no announced value. The prize is not transferable, and no cash substitution except at our discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the entry period.

One potential winner is selected in a random draw on or about the 5th day of the month following the entry period, and announced in our monthly giveaway email. We will notify the potential winner by email from an address ending in @cool-jams.com, and, where we announce on social media, by direct message from our official accounts only. The potential winner must respond within 7 days or an alternate may be drawn. We will never ask you for payment, card details or a fee to claim a prize. Anyone who does is not us.

Before being declared a winner, a Canadian resident selected in the draw must correctly answer, unaided and within a set time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or another method we choose.

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Cool-jams, its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform where it may be mentioned.

We may disqualify entries generated by bots, scripts, or multiple email addresses used by one person. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may suspend or modify it; any change will be posted on this page. The name of each month's winner (first name and last initial) is available on request for 30 days after the draw at [email protected].

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
