The Cool-jams NightCool Shorts are cooling pajama shorts made for night sweats, and one of the lightest bottoms in the NightCool range, which makes them a usual choice for the warmest nights. You choose the waist when you order, elastic or drawstring. The Kottinu knit wicks sweat off the skin and dries in minutes, and an odor-control finish helps the fabric stay fresher between washes. Pair them with a NightCool tank or tee for the lightest full set. In Black, Navy and Merlot, in sizes S to 3X.

Can I choose the waistband?

Yes. This style is sold with a choice of elastic or drawstring waist, selected when you order.

Are shorts the coolest option for night sweats?

They put very little fabric on your legs. Pair them with a NightCool tank for one of the lightest full sets we make.

What tops match them?

Any NightCool top. The range is sold as separates so tops and bottoms can be sized independently.

What is Kottinu?

Kottinu, a technical synthetic (engineered polyester microfiber) made for firefighter base layers and medical scrubs, now crafted for hot sleepers and night sweats needing moisture-wicking and cooling pajamas. Soft and smooth with a cotton-like feel, it pulls sweat off your skin, dries in minutes, carrying body heat away with it.

A Bact-Out finish helps the fabric resist odor, so it stays fresher between washes. Kottinu resists pilling, holds its shape, and machine washes easily.

How to care for Kottinu

Machine wash cold or warm with like colors, gentle cycle
Skip fabric softener and dryer sheets, they coat the microfibers and can reduce wicking
Tumble dry low or hang to dry, Kottinu dries fast
No bleach
Holds its shape and resists pilling wash after wash

Mix and Match
The pieces I have bought in the past have been great except for the top I bought just in december last year. The front has started to pill and the back fabric is fine. I don't understand why it is doing this. Kind of disappointing.

I was pretty disappointed they really run small. I have ordered two others and they are very roomy. It’s the top that I think is wrong.

Poor customer service
To whom it may concern, we think my wife would like the products but we don’t know because the ones we received did not fit and the exchange has been glacially slow by today’s standards. We know you received our return on 22-December and as of today, 01-January, we have had no other feedback. It’s not so much the actual exchange but the lack of information that is so disappointing. Still waiting to hear of the status of our replacements.
