We accept returns & exchanges on unused products. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date. Note: Holiday purchases made in Nov. and Dec. have an extended return window through Jan. 31.
All returns must be sent to the correct warehouse. Sleepwear is returned to our St. Louis, MO warehouse and bedding must be returned to the warehouse specified either, CO or WA. Items not returned to the correct warehouse will result in additional fees.

Free Exchanges for different color or size. All refunds will be processed back to initial form of payment. All credits will be sent in the form of a discount code. For refunds & credits, the return label cost will be deducted from the customer refund/credit. If the return disqualifies a volume discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
