Return an item

We accept returns & exchanges on unused sleepwear. For bedding, we offer refunds/no exchanges on unused returns. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Holiday purchases have an extended return window through Jan. 16. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please contact for best return option.

All returns must be sent to the correct warehouse as indicated on the label provided. Items not returned to the correct warehouse will result in additional fees. If you see a fee associated with your return, this is the cost of the prepaid return label, not a restocking fee. This prepaid label fee is waived for exchanges and when requesting store credit.

We offer free sleepwear size/color exchanges (US orders only). If requesting an exchange for a different style, we will provide store credit. All store credits will be sent in the form of a discount code (there's no return label charge when requesting store credit or exchange for different/size or color). Refunds will be processed back to initial form of payment. For refunds, the return label cost will be deducted. To begin a qualified return, enter your email and 5 digit order number from your email order confirmation or the first 5 digits of the order number on your packing slip.
