How to Get Help, Step by Step

If you're not sure where to start, just follow these simple steps. No tech know-how required.

  1. Have your order number ready. It looks something like #12345 and is at the top of the confirmation email we sent when you ordered. If you can't find it, don't worry, we can look it up using your name and email.
  2. Email [email protected] and tell us what you need in your own words. There's no special form to fill out.
  3. Watch for our reply. We'll respond by email, usually within one business day. If you don't see our reply, please check your spam or junk folder, replies sometimes land there.

Questions We Can Help With

  • Sizing and fit. Not sure which size to choose? Email us and we'll help you find the right fit. You can also check our size charts any time.
  • Orders and shipping. Questions about an order you placed, when it will arrive, or making a change? We're glad to help.
