Ingredients 2 oranges or 1 cup strawberries ,1/2 tsp. orange zest ,1 cup low-fat milk 1/4 cup chia seeds, 3 tablespoons agave nectar ,1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg, 1/4 cup chopped or slivered almonds
Preparation Grate 1/2 tsp zest from citrus into airtight container. Add milk, chia, agave, and nutmeg. Cover, shake, and refrigerate until thick (about 10 hours). Peel and segment clementines or slice strawberries; refrigerate. Top pudding with fruit and almonds.
