Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours. Re-authorizations after the initial order We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped. When you place an order with us, you will receive a link (if available) that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).
Confirmation of orders
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there. Delivery times
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is confirmed, you can expect the following delivery times.

If your order is placed M-F, your order will usually leave our facility either the same business day or the next business day.
Normal shipping time is 5-7 days in the US and 6-10 days to Canada.
- Next Day Air

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange your item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees and applicable taxes, or exchange it for a different item. Any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. If credit is issued, it will be issued to the credit card used on your original purchase. [top]
Return requirements are as follows:
Product must be returned to us in its original condition and in original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized. All returns must be accompanied by our return/exchange form. See below. If there is a cost difference between your returned item and the replacement item, we will issue a credit for the original purchase (minus shipping) and then charge your credit card for the new purchase. We will not charge additional shipping for a product exchange. Once we receive your return, please allow 2 weeks for processing.

How to Care for Cool-Jams
Wash in cold water on delicate cycle. Always use our Cool-jams special washing bag to prolong the life of your garment. We include our washing bag free with every order. Never use fabric softener or fabric softener sheets because it will minimize the wicking properties of the fabric. If you accidently use fabric softeners, re-wash the garment to remove softener residue, so the wicking properties will return to maximum effectiveness. Lay your garment flat or hang to dry
Size Information
Please note that our women's sizes run on the small side. We have found that the wicking ability of Cool-jams works better when the pajama fits closer to the body. The snugger fit allows the fabric to wick moisture away from the body more effectively. If you do prefer a roomier fit, please order one size bigger than you would normally wear.
